Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication methods
  • Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws while managing student accounts
  • Maintain productive relationships with other departments and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
