Student Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist to provide academic support and foster student success in a remote online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group interventions and develop programs to support student success
• Monitor student progress, grades, and data to identify areas needing intervention
• Build relationships with students and families to create a supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in middle and/or high school academic interventions
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, or a related field
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of an online school environment
• Experience supporting students with specific learning needs, especially in online settings
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Airtable
