Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist to provide front-line support to students in their training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with motivation, grades, and program payments to help them complete their training
- Provide timely, resolution-focused support to student inquiries using Front/HubSpot
- Create and update help documentation for frequently asked questions
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer service, student support, or an ed-tech role (preferred)
- Experience using Front, Zendesk, or similar CRMs (Front experience preferred)
- A reliable computer capable of handling multiple online tools and video-conferencing software
- High-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
