Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication methods
  • Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws while maintaining student account confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve student concerns and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
