Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication methods
- Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws while maintaining student account confidentiality
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve student concerns and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal educational funding options and military educational funding sources
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
- Understanding of FERPA guidelines and university policies regarding student privacy
