Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain studio-wide visual standards and quality bars
• Lead and support project-level Art Directors and senior artists
• Mentor, coach, and grow art leaders and individual contributors

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional game art, including senior leadership roles
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Deep experience with modern game art tools and engines
• A portfolio demonstrating artistic range and leadership influence
• Must be a US resident
