Job Summary

To support a growing community, the part-time Studio Coach will lead engaging sessions, motivate members, and provide guidance on healthy habits while working onsite in Forsyth, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead group coaching sessions to inspire and educate members on weight health
• Provide personalized support and motivation to help members achieve their health goals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in coaching, teaching, or a related field, preferably in health and wellness
• Strong understanding of weight management principles and healthy lifestyle practices
• Ability to connect with individuals and foster a supportive community environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Certification in health coaching or a related discipline is a plus
