Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of internal studio and marketing requests
• Translate project requests into clear scopes, timelines, and resource plans
• Coordinate workflows and project tracking in Monday.com, ensuring timely delivery and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in studio management, traffic management, or project operations
• Advanced proficiency in Monday.com
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
