Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience managing creative teams, including graphic designers and content creators
• Experience in an in-house creative team or agency
• Exceptional organizational skills and a systematic approach to work
• Proficient in developing and maintaining realistic schedules and adhering to deadlines
• Strong understanding of graphic design, content creation, and video production processes
