Job Summary

Serving as the primary subject matter expert for Global Navigator High School Study Abroad destinations, the remote Study Abroad Advisor will provide guidance to students, families, and sales staff on program logistics, visa requirements, and pre-departure processes while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide destination expertise and advising on program logistics, housing, and cultural considerations
• Maintain knowledge of visa and immigration requirements, advising stakeholders on necessary documentation
• Coordinate student readiness and online orientations, managing communications and resource distribution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of two years of experience in advising, program coordination, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or student information systems preferred
• International travel or study abroad experience preferred
