Study Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Study Coordinator to implement health education programs and coordinate research activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a health education program using motivational interviewing with male and nonbinary youth
• Recruit participants, facilitate education sessions, and maintain contact with study participants
• Administer questionnaires, conduct data entry, and manage data collection materials and incentives

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. preferred
• Experience or strong interest in conducting research and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques
• Comfortable working with adolescents involved in legal or child welfare systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to engage hard-to-reach participants
• Commitment to the mission of producing rigorous research and evaluation
