Study Participant Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical trial initiative, the full-time remote Study Participant Recruiter will manage all subject recruitment-related activities for assigned clinical trials, including phone screening potential participants and developing recruitment strategies over the next 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to assess preliminary subject eligibility against protocol-specific criteria
• Maintain accurate records of patient information in relevant databases while providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and attend department meetings to support recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent education or experience preferred
• Prior experience in customer service; call center experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
