Study Start-up Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Study Start-up Manager to drive the planning and execution of clinical study start-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of clinical study start-up activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, budget, and regulations
• Own and manage study start-up plans, maintaining oversight of progress and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery
• Act as the primary contact for cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Pharma and clinical trial processes and operations expertise
• Experience leading and managing global teams and project management
• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years, Bachelor's degree with 5 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of clinical execution experience
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience in teams or projects
• No prior Veeva experience required
