Study Start-Up Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting project management and regulatory activities, the full-time Study Start-Up Specialist (with French) will manage site-related start-up tasks, establish relationships with study personnel, and prepare and track necessary documentation in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and distribute study-specific start-up document packages, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Negotiate site contracts and budgets in collaboration with legal and project management teams
• Maintain a site intelligence tracker to monitor start-up timelines, budget negotiations, and patient recruitment data

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) with less than 1 year of related experience, or a College Diploma/Degree with 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of start-up requirements for clinical sites
• Experience working directly with clinical study sites
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
