Study Start-Up Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting site-related start-up activities, the full-time Study Start-Up Specialist with Italian will manage relationships with study personnel, prepare and track start-up documents, and provide reports on study metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and distribute study-specific start-up document packages, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Negotiate site contracts and budgets, acting as the main point of contact for feedback and discussions
• Maintain site intelligence tracking, providing input for site selection based on past experiences and metrics

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) with less than 1 year of related experience, or a College Diploma/Degree with 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of start-up requirements for clinical sites and experience working directly with them
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Ability to handle financial responsibilities related to budget creation
• High sense of urgency and effective relationship-building skills with study sites
