Study Startup Specialist
Job Summary
Providing operational support for clinical projects, the full-time Study Startup Specialist will ensure smooth and timely site activation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support all processes critical for site activation and feasibility research
- Maintain project-specific tracking systems and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) during the study startup phase
- Assist with site documents collection for IRB/IEC submission and provide updates to project teams
Required qualifications
- College/University degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- At least 1 year of industry experience in clinical research or Study Startup
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels
