Study Startup Specialist
Job Summary
To support clinical research teams, the full-time Study Startup Specialist II will manage study activation processes, facilitate site agreements and negotiations, and ensure timely project initiation, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams for site activation processes and prepare study dossiers for submission
- Facilitate contract negotiations and budget discussions while coordinating translation and review of study-specific documents
- Identify project-specific issues and ensure effective communication with investigational sites and vendors
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education, training, and experience
- At least 2 years of full-scope Study Startup experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English and French
- Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
