Job Summary
To support clinical research teams, the full-time Study Startup Specialist will manage site activation processes, facilitate contract negotiations, and ensure timely project initiation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams for site activation processes and prepare study dossiers for submission
- Facilitate site agreements and budget negotiations while coordinating translation and review of study-specific documents
- Identify project-specific issues and develop site-specific startup timelines to meet activation targets
Required qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education and experience
- At least 2 years of full-scope Study Startup experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English and French
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
