Styling Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Styling Enablement Communications Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools for accuracy and scalability
• Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups, ensuring stakeholder alignment and follow-through
• Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles
• At least 2 years of experience working with large-scale remote teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and experience with intranet platforms (preferred but not required)
• Proven success working cross-functionally and asynchronously in a remote environment
• Driven by a desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
