Sub-Grants Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing operations related to sub-granting for assigned fiscally sponsored projects, the full-time Sub-Grants Manager will manage the proposal submission process, coordinate with internal teams and subgrantees, and ensure compliance and due diligence in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Asana-based sub-grant proposal submission system in coordination with the Grants & Governance Team
• Communicate with subgrantees to gather necessary information for evaluating sub-grant requests and conduct preliminary compliance reviews
• Draft grant agreements and collaborate with team members on execution and post-execution tasks

Required qualifications

• At least five years of proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in compliance, contracting, finance, and/or leadership with affiliated 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations
• Strong technical proficiency with Asana and Microsoft programs
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with poise and tact
