Job Summary
A company is looking for a Subcontract Coordinator to support the financial and administrative execution of subcontracted services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and change orders
- Manage and validate service provider invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Track subcontractor PO spend and generate financial reports
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School diploma with relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in subcontract coordination or related fields, or 5 years with a High School diploma
- Experience with purchase orders and invoicing processes
- Familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
