Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontract Coordinator to support the financial and administrative execution of subcontracted services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and change orders
  • Manage and validate service provider invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Track subcontractor PO spend and generate financial reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School diploma with relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in subcontract coordination or related fields, or 5 years with a High School diploma
  • Experience with purchase orders and invoicing processes
  • Familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
