Subcontract Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet objectives
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve program goals
• Oversee procurement processes ensuring compliance with government and corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Experience in supply chain management within the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS contractual terms and conditions
• Proven negotiation experience with large complex subcontracts and agreements
