Subcontract Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of subcontractors, the full-time remote Subcontract Program Manager will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring compliance and effective coordination between technical teams and supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of subcontractors and suppliers throughout program execution
• Coordinate with technical teams and the program office to address procurement-related inquiries and ensure compliance
• Analyze risks and develop subcontractor agreements, including Statements of Work and pricing analyses, to support project delivery needs

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles, FAR/DFAR supply chain management, and PMI Project Management Practices
• Experience managing subcontractors with contracts exceeding $20M
• Familiarity with market pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
• Proficient in modern office practices and relevant computer applications
