Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Services Subcontractor Performance Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee subcontractor workforce planning strategies, vendor management, and performance evaluation to enhance operational efficiency and align resources with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage subcontractor staffing strategy plans to align with business goals

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management, or High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience in staffing power generation services projects
- Knowledge of domestic/local labor laws
