Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontractor Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AE's and AM's to align call campaign with specific Client requirements
Produce net-new subcontractor leads to the SER team
Follow-up with Primes where escalation is needed to drive subcontractor connections

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years in a Sales development, Inside Sales or BDR Role
Salesforce.com or other CRM proficiency
Strong understanding of Sales methodologies
Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Fluency in at least one foreign language is a significant advantage
