Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator to manage a portfolio of complex subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and administer subcontracts, including processing task orders and modifications
  • Maintain subcontract files, ensure compliance with government and company policies, and conduct price analysis evaluations
  • Establish relationships with internal and external customers and close out subcontracts upon completion of deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business or a related field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of subcontracts or purchasing experience
  • Experience with CPSR-compliant policies and processes
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with Deltek purchasing system (Costpoint)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
