Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to oversee subcontractor performance for a Department of Defense client remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, negotiate, administer, and execute subcontracts while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Develop strategies to manage subcontractor performance and pull metrics for senior leadership briefings
• Ensure subcontract files are reviewed and approved, and develop training plans for subcontract personnel

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in contract management
• 3 years of experience in subcontract management
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field
