Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and customer requirements while balancing corporate objectives
• Lead negotiations on subcontract pricing and terms, understanding contractual and financial implications
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manage their performance in an AS9100 environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or law preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in a Subcontracts role, preferably in Aerospace and Defense or technology manufacturing
• Proficiency with FAR & DFARS contract flow down provisions and government/commercial contracting practices
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in complex contract negotiations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage strategic and operational responsibilities
