Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to oversee subcontract management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform procurement and supplier administration functions for U.S. Government and Commercial subcontracts
• Manage high-value subcontracts and oversee sourcing and procurement activities from development to contract closeout
• Lead negotiation teams and conduct risk analysis while developing supply chain strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with five years of experience
• Minimum of five years in a procurement and/or subcontracts role
• Experience with Department of Defense contracts
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information
