Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager (Project Execution) to oversee subcontract management from award through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the subcontract commercial process, ensuring all aspects are documented and current
• Coordinate award routing and internal approvals for subcontract execution
• Negotiate change orders and maintain contract integrity while supporting project teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, construction management, or project management
• Experience compiling bid documents and submitting bids
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or Pre-Law is preferred
• Experience in construction or EPC environments is advantageous
• Experience procuring services is beneficial
