Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiates NDA's and Teaming Agreements
Creates RFP solicitations, evaluates supplier proposals, and conducts price analysis
Administers subcontracts, resolves issues, and interacts with various internal departments and subcontractors

Required Qualifications:

BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or Masters with no prior experience
Must be a US Citizen
Experience negotiating terms and conditions, managing various subcontract types, and working independently
Basic knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
Proficiency in automated purchasing systems, preferably CostPoint or Deltek
