Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute subcontract strategies to align with program objectives and manage associated risks
• Lead negotiations and manage subcontract agreements throughout their lifecycle
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of subcontracts experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement principles
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation related to subcontracting activities
