Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Supervisor to manage subcontract lifecycle activities and lead a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team in subcontract management for government and commercial contracts
• Support audits and manage subcontract solicitations, negotiations, and awards
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5-8 years of experience in subcontracts management or related areas
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and procurement compliance
• Experience with various subcontract types, including Cost Reimbursement and Firm Fixed Price
