Key Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team in subcontract management for government and commercial contracts
• Support audits and manage subcontractor performance, including modifications and compliance
• Develop solutions for complex problems and assist with policy and procedure updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
• 5-8 years of experience in subcontracts management or related fields
• 2 years of full supervisory experience
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and procurement compliance
• Experience in creating and negotiating various types of subcontracts
