Job Summary

Seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts - Course Design for the part-time, project-based role in the LE3 Program, where the SME will collaborate with curriculum designers to develop Business Management courses that are accessible, relevant, and aligned with workplace needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise in course content and translate professional experience into learning outcomes and assignments
• Develop learning materials that connect theory to real-world applications and ensure content aligns with LE3's focus on durable skills
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to maintain course quality and participate in continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in relevant course topics
• Ability to connect course concepts to real-world management and leadership contexts
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Suite
• Experience with work-integrated learning or experiential education models is preferred
