To support the development of undergraduate courses within the Entrepreneurship curriculum, the part-time Subject Matter Expert in Cross-Cultural Collaboration will collaborate with an academic dean and learning experience designer to create engaging, accessible course content focused on cross-cultural communication and inclusive collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Select and design content that enhances student mastery of cross-cultural communication and effective teamwork
- Translate real-world practices into student-facing instructional materials and applied assignments
- Collaborate with academic leadership and learning designers throughout the course development process
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Global Studies, or a closely related field
- Professional experience in culturally diverse or cross-functional team environments
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and inclusive collaboration principles
- Ability to clearly explain cross-cultural concepts for undergraduate learners
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and familiarity with modern productivity tools
