Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review content for an online course in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with instructional designers to define learning outcomes and validate curriculum content
• Review assessments and participate in design reviews and milestone approvals

Required Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in business, management, or leadership
• Experience teaching courses in leadership or management, preferably in strategic decision-making
• Deep knowledge of management and leadership concepts
• Ability to translate real-world situations into teachable competencies
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and strong academic writing ability
