Subject Matter Expert in Leadership

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Leading Remote and Hybrid Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and review content for lessons, assessments, activities, and resources for an online course
• Collaborate with instructional designers to define course-level learning outcomes and validate curriculum structure
• Review and validate assessments and participate in design reviews and milestone approvals

Required Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in business, management, or leadership
• Experience teaching courses in leadership or management, preferably in remote and hybrid settings
• Deep knowledge of management and leadership concepts
• Ability to translate real-world situations into teachable competencies
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and strong academic writing ability
