Job Summary

A company is looking for Subject Matter Experts in Applied Positive Psychology and Civic Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an academic dean to develop curricula, including learning outcomes and course sequences
• Create learner-focused materials to support program recruitment and marketing
• Advise on best practices in applied positive psychology and leadership contexts

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in psychology with practical experience in applied positive psychology
• Broad understanding of applied positive psychology and leadership best practices
• Familiarity with skills and knowledge necessary for career advancement in civic or organizational leadership
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is desirable
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
