Collaborating with academic leadership, the full-time Subject Matter Expert in Small Business Formation and Operations will design and develop engaging online course content for undergraduate learners, focusing on practical skills and legal knowledge necessary for establishing and operating small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Select and design content that supports student mastery of small business formation and operations
• Translate real-world practices into accessible instructional materials for undergraduate courses
• Develop applied assignments related to business formation, compliance, and operations management

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a closely related field
• Professional experience in starting, managing, or advising small businesses
