Submeter Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Submeter Operations Analyst to join their ResidentUtility team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily and monthly meter reads for submetered properties by predetermined dates
• Perform quality checks on initial billing properties and coordinate setup and documentation of new submetered properties
• Collaborate with utility billing specialists and management teams to address client needs and fulfill research requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in advanced analytics and reporting
• Mid-advanced computer skills, particularly with Google Sheets
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software updates quickly
