Subrogation Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Subrogation Agent will conduct outbound and inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims while negotiating payments and managing account activity.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect outstanding damage claims from insurance companies and renters
• Negotiate payments and settlements professionally while maintaining compliance with regulations
• Track and manage account activity, ensuring accurate records of all interactions

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in subrogation, collections, claims, or car rental
• Proven track record of top-tier performance in a similar role
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and accountability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across various channels
