Subrogation Analyst

Job Summary

Investigating health insurance data to identify recoverable claims, the remote Subrogation Analyst will communicate with healthcare plan members and negotiate with third parties while managing a portfolio of complex liability cases.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and determines recoverability of medical insurance claims from liable third parties
• Communicates and negotiates with healthcare plan members, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Utilizes computer systems to document information and manage daily workflow effectively

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent skills and experience
• Experience in litigation, paralegal work, or subrogation preferred
• Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
