Subrogation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of subrogation claims, the full-time remote Subrogation Claims Adjuster will focus on claim cost containment, proactive negotiations, and achieving prompt recoveries through effective communication and detailed analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and develop strategies for maximizing subrogation recoveries across various lines of business
• Collaborate with adjusters and stakeholders to provide updates and optimize the recovery process
• Negotiate subrogation claims with carriers and legal representatives to settle claims at optimal levels

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Subrogation
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
