Key Responsibilities

• Review workers' compensation claim files and documentation to determine potential third-party liability
• Research and analyze facts of loss and liability to assess subrogation viability
• Identify and document responsible third parties involved in the loss

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in subrogation, insurance claims analysis, or workers' compensation preferred
• General knowledge of workers' compensation laws and third-party liability principles
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to evaluate complex claim information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively
