Subrogation Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Representative, Subrogation (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements for first- and third-party subrogation claims
• Maintain a current caseload and ensure compliance with claims handling procedures
• Manage a variety of claims related to personal and commercial automobile insurance policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• 0 - 2 years of experience, or Associates Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience
• Minimum of one year in Contact Center Claim Services or equivalent experience
• Willingness to obtain out-of-state licenses as needed
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance policies and relevant state laws
