Subrogation Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Representative, Subrogation (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle first- and third-party subrogation claims
• Maintain a current caseload and negotiate settlements within approved authority levels
• Ensure compliance with internal and external claims handling procedures and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• 0 - 2 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience
• Minimum of one year in Contact Center Claim Services or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain out-of-state licenses as needed
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
