Subrogation Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Subrogation Claims Specialist will analyze liability issues, review claim files for subrogation potential, and pursue recovery from third parties while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims to determine evidence for recovery from third parties
• Submit files to Arbitration based on liability or damage analysis
• Refer cases to outside collection agencies and attorneys as necessary

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• College degree preferred
• Call center experience is preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Proficient with technology and able to document information during calls
