Subrogation Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Collections Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and negotiate with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve claims
• Locate contact information for responsible parties through skip tracing and document review
• Manage a high volume of inventory with consistent follow-up and maintain account work standards

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of 3rd-party collections and/or subrogation experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with effective conflict management abilities
• Critical thinker
• Customer service experience is required
