Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Collections Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve claims
• Locate contact information for responsible parties through various methods including skip tracing and document review
• Manage a high volume of inventory with consistent follow-up and maintain account work standards

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in 3rd-party collections and/or subrogation
• Strong negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and a critical thinker
• Customer service experience is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
