Subrogation Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Examiner (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex subrogation claims through investigation, evaluation, and disposition
• Independently manage a caseload and negotiate settlements within assigned authority
• Document all relevant activities and coach less experienced subrogation representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; previous subrogation experience preferred
• 5-7 years of claims and/or subrogation experience
• Occupational Health Claim Resolution experience is a plus
